AAA promotes it's annual St Patty's Day Tow To Go Program

Don't be a statistic!  Between 2007 and 2013 hundreds have died in DUI related auto accidents on St. Patrick's Day. We are providing this information to show support for a great program offered to drivers by AAA for FREE.

Bio Scene Clean Up gets frequent called to clean up biohazard scenes after drunk driving accidents.  This holiday, we'd like to receive zero calls for this type of job.  How often do you hear companies say "We don't want any business"... We value all of our Florida residents and visitors and want you to arrive safely to your destinations this holiday.

Here's the information on AAA's  Tow To Go program which is offered based on technicians and drivers available during times of high call volume:

• Confidential local ride within a 10-mile radius to a safe location
• Service is provided in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee
• Free and available to both AAA members and non-members
• The AAA tow truck takes the vehicle and the driver home

 [ IMPORTANT  TOW  GUIDELINES  ]

• Tow trucks can take up to two people home; if there are more people in your party—you will need to make other arrangements to get home safely.

• You can’t make an appointment to use the Tow to Go service, it is designed to be used as a last resort so have a designated driver before you have your first drink.

•  It may be necessary, in certain situations, for AAA to contact a cab company or local law enforcement to assist with getting the intoxicated individual a safe ride.

We are in hopes that this information will help save more lives.  Have a safe driving holiday everyone.
