As summer rolls into full force most people are busy having fun, planning vacations and family events. Most don’t realize that SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) haunts thousands of Americans. Summer months typically show a sharp increase in suicides all across America.
Bio Scene Clean Up provides cleanup services for death, suicide, trauma, crime and many other biohazard incidents all across Florida. Specifically with suicides, the trauma scenes left behind are often gruesome and require the expert skills of a professional biohazard cleaning and removal company like Bio Scene Clean Up. Because of the dangerous and sometimes fatal pathogens, bodily fluids and other matter that remain after a victim’s body has been removed, these scenes require immediate cleanup to avoid infections and other health related causes that are a result of poor cleanup techniques or accidental exposures.
We suggest that individuals never attempt to clean a scene without the assistance of a professional. Industrial chemicals and special equipment will be required to remediate and decontaminate the scene and with severe trauma scenes reconstruction of a property is sometimes necessary. Failure to properly clean these types of scenes can put the property owner in a liable state if someone contracts an infection, disease or dies as a result of the improper clean up. These harmful pathogens can linger where the event occurred for weeks and even months afterward. Improper cleaning can also cause horrible odors that can only be masked with normal household cleaners and may require more extensive reconstruction if not immediately disinfected.
Bio Scene Clean Up provides these services for residential and commercial clients all across Florida. We provide 24 hour emergency dispatch and are experienced in working with investigators and crime scene experts to help restore your property to a hazard free, safe environment.
If you are faced with the task of having to clean up after a suicide or other traumatic death incident, contact our offices immediately so we may assist you in the proper cleanup protocol. Stiff penalties are imposed on individuals every day who do not follow the State and local protocol for cleanup and removal of biohazardous materials and waste.

Lonely Death Becomes More Popular in Florida
Over the past few years our company has noticed a steady increase in calls requesting us to clean an unattended death scene. Some time ago the National Institute of Population and Social Security Research indicated that by the year 2030 nearly 40 percent of all households in the United States would be single-person households. With these numbers rapidly increasing its only natural that the number of unattended deaths would be on the rise.
Bio Scene Clean Up provides clean up and decontamination services at these types of death scenes as well as trauma, suicide, accident scenes and more. Requests for our services generally come from immediate family members or close relatives. It’s common that these corpse are not discovered for weeks or sometimes months after the death has occurred. It’s also not uncommon for us to receive requests from landlords and property managers as many of these individuals die with no children or family.
We offer professional clean up services and are very compassionate with the families of the deceased. The emotional toil is generally much higher in a situation like this because the family members had no knowledge of the passing and a certain element of guilt is involved. We are accustomed to working in a manner to help facilitate a quick clean up and restoration and assist the family members or property owners with the necessary procedures that must be followed before and after the remediation. The protocol for clean up can vary depending on the amount of damage and the length of time that the body has been unattended.
Several of the requests we receive are also from care managers, helpers or sometimes municipalities asking for help cleaning the dwellings of elderly people who live alone. These individuals usually have huge garbage accumulations. Many of these individuals were men in their 50’s or 60’s with no job or real family to speak of.
Bio Scene Clean Up also provides clean up services in homes of people who have died in facilities, but left their home unattended, full of garbage and have generally unsanitary living conditions. This is common with the elderly and given the unknown circumstances, it is advised that individuals not attempt to clean these areas. These scenes are usually tremendous breeding grounds for biohazards and must be professionally cleaned and decontaminated for the safety of family or property owners.
If you, or someone you know, are in need of our services please contact us immediately. Bio Scene Clean Up offers 24 hour and emergency dispatch service in Florida.
